I ordered my bowl with sauce on the side and noticed that the crab was sticky and shiny. The past two times I’ve come at this location the crab has been slimy like this. Definitely seems like a health hazard, don’t get the crab at this location

I forgot to mention that the bathroom is almost always disgusting. Really makes me wonder about the management.

Young lady that served me and my girlfriend had the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. Completely ignored me when I said hello to her and just stared at me blankly. Was short and had this awful attitude when we had questions and when she was done making our food and set up the payment she just threw the food down on the counter and walked away. She should quit her job if it’s so difficult for her to talk to people politely.

To the young lady that made my bowl today, I want to genuinely know if you hate your job because if you do, I would recommend putting in your two weeks notice. The customer service you had was one I don’t think I ever want to come across again. Please find another field of work if simply being nice to customers is too hard to handle.

I recently got the spicy tuna crunch bowl off of the signature menu. I was very disappointed, the food was very bland and lacked the crunch that I thought it would have. Did not finish it.

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered doordash. Did not receive my sauces. Rice was old. These pictures look so perfect with organized toppings. My bowl was a giant mix of everything. Like they took my toppings, mixed them up and put them on rhe bowl. Then put so many crispy onions on top it looked like a crumble cake. Every bite was a mystery with all the toppings mix within each other. The pictures are misleading n I would never ever order from here again.

I came in today to get some dinner after a LOOOONNNGGGG day. When I entered the store was very clean, the two workers Eshon and Aryon were extremely friendly and very helpful. Instantly made my day much better !! Food was great but I really must highlight the EXCELLENT service and amazing energy Eshon and Aryon provided.

I stopped by the downtown location on my way to work…the cashier was very patient as it was obviously my first time visiting. I ordered the tuna lover’s bowl, with diced spicy tuna instead of the ground version. I love the different options for veggies and sauces! I definitely recommend the citrus ponzu sauce and the gochujang sauce. The fish and vegetables were super fresh.The manager, Nour, was very kind and gave me a bubble tea to try. I’m particular about textures and I was wary because I’ve had boba with the chewy bubbles (not a fan). Nour made me a strawberry tea with mango popping bubbles and it was AMAZING! I will definitely be coming back.

Really really skimpy, corporate-created restaurant formula that sucks. You only get 2 super tiny scoops of salmon/tuna/shrimp in a bowl. The scoops are literally 0.75 oz of fish. A shrimp portion is 6 tiny shrimps. A regular bowl is $16 and a "large" is $20 which includes an extra (tiny) scoop.The ingredients are mid, the service is poor because they only pay their non-manager employees $11 an hour (yep) and they're not worth your money. Boba is powdered and miso is from a machine.Go to Tou and Mai around the corner for better boba, go to Ima around the corner for vastly superior japanese food + dining experience.
