placed a drive thru order on 9/18. the employee taking the order was a bit rude and VERY impatient. She interrupted me witth questions about my order AS I was stating my order, cutting me off rather than listening to the order before seeking clarity if needed. It seemed like she had better things to do than be at work. The line was long so perhaps she was a bit frustrated but thats absolutely not my fault nor problem. on a positive note, food was hot and delicious

The food is normally pretty good but this particular location has some of THE WORST customer service I've ever seen in my entire life. I commend anyone for getting up and going to work but what's the point if you're going in with a shitty attitude. More attention to detail would get the orders right more often; efficiency and proficiency is rather low. And somehow they're always out of condiments and napkins.

These people in here need a raise! Bad! I don’t care when i come here their customer service is always top tier. They’re never rude like the one closer to my home is. I drive the extra distance instead of going to the Warren location because they never are rude, never out of half the menu, never saying they’re only taking exact change or card, and never acting like you using you’re rewards app is inconveniencing the like the warren location does.
