I’m visiting from out of town and after walking by a lot of places that are closed on the weekend, I was grateful to see Potbelly’s open. I ordered “a wreck” and it was delicious. Crispy bread, and awesome staff made this a 5 star review.

Me and my brother came from Atlanta and walked into multiple restaurants but none of the service was like this potbelly's service!!!! Justin is the ultimate manager/employee!! Super genuine and professional!!!! Made my day!!! And remy makes a great sandwich!!!

Got to try potbelly for the first time today as a large work/lunch order. The food was pretty good, kind of like fancy subway. They forgot several items so that was a bummer bc it was lunch time… flavors were good though so would definitely try again.At least they remembered the pickle… looking at your jimmy johns!

Food was delicious. Service was quick. The atmosphere was nice. The reason a star was removed was because we were told they wouldn't open the bathroom for our granddaughter until we had paid. In the meantime, a crowd of people who were not eating at Potbelly lined up at the bathroom door while our granddaughter was waiting painfully.

i ordered breakfast and the shake was put in the bag and is now melted. also i ordered a BACON egg and cheese sandwich and got sausage. there are literally 3 options for breakfast. i called and will not be getting a refund for 7 days. i have had nothing but problems at this potbelly and would not recommend anyone going here. it's a waste of time and money.

Listen, I have visited this potbelly location PLENTY of times and have never had an experience like today. I placed an online order at 12:30pm to be picked up at 1:15pm. I walked in at 1:25pm because this location is notoriously busy during the lunch hours, so I figured my meal wouldn’t be ready for 5-10 minutes after the app said it would be. I was extremely wrong. I sat there waiting for my food, along with 6-7 other people who were also waiting for their online orders for 45+ minutes. Meanwhile, we’re watching people walk up to the line, get their food immediately, and walk out.The point of online ordering is completely missed and irrelevant when you end up waiting triple the time you would’ve to just order in person. At a certain point, if the store is THAT busy, just CUT OFF online orders!Not only did I wait 45 minutes for the food, but another customer who was waiting ended up going into the line to ask about her online order and got loudly berated by one of the managers of the store. This manager was yelling at her for about 2-3 minutes for asking about the status of her order and complaining about the wait time. At no point was that customer overtly loud or obnoxious, but the manager sure as hell was. It was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for, especially when those 2-3 minutes could’ve been used to make the customers (and other customers) food that we were all waiting for.This experience has been absolutely horrible. I will never be ordering from this potbelly again, even though it’s been a staple in the past, I’ve seen too much foolishness from the employees at this location and while the long wait times are not a deal breaker, the disgusting behavior from employees is. Do better.

I've ordered from here a good amount. Other than the occasional long wait it's usually not bad. Yesterday their app had a bogo deal and I was excited to have two days of lunches for the price of one. Chicken salad with veggies and cheddar x 2. The first I had yesterday; pretty good, maybe light on veggies but no real complaints. The second sandwich I had today and just a bit of an issue. I was given a chicken salad sandwich without chicken salad... Normally, I'd chalk this up to a 'well, I had a free sandwich' but this is the second time this has happened from an online order. The online ordering convenience is minimized a bit by having to check to see if the protein I asked for is actually on the sandwich.

I don't know what happened to this location but every time I eat my sandwich it's cold like the oven doesn't work. And it takes them forever to get it through the oven.

Can't go wrong with potbelly. I love the wreck sandwich on wheat. And a must have is the banana chocolate shake with a shortbread cookie on the straw!!!!

If you want good service as well as a good meal, don't go to this Potbelly. I decided to go for service one day because I was so hungry and I thought that I was going to be satisfied with my selection because I had it before, on this particular occasion I surely believe that the meat in the sandwich was spoiled it was unedible. I threw it out made a review and I got call about how they wanted to make things right. Today I decided to go with my family and my nephew who is only 6 had to use the restroom very badly to the point he had to sit down, we asked the staff for the key and they said that we had to make a purchase. Well, I can see if it was me a 40 year old woman trying to use the restroom, but a 6 year old. I thought that was inhumane, inconsiderate, and down right rude. There was a few people who had more sense then the staff - had been served already, and they said since they made a purchase then we could use the restroom instead. I almost considered their proposal, but I bought a shake and that is when the cashier opened the restroom door for my nephew to use the facilities. I hope that one day restaurants of this caliber will be able to get a totally reboot in staff.A few topics of conversation that was going on while cashing out in Potbelly today: work schedule, number of customers coming in before closing, customers taking too long to make a selection, customers taking too long to eat in the dining area.Please hire employees that want to work. Maybe fast food restaurants can adapt the mantra of Chick fil A and hire caring, compassionate people.
