Food- good,
customer service - always great,..
.However, the bathroom- HORRIBLE!
The smell is really bad, needs to be cleaned and doused with bleach and water. It's nice & refreshing to have clean presentable bathrooms to use as paying customers. There's no point in locking it to the public when it smells bad and is unkempt.
So to the Manager: please improve on bathroom cleanliness because I will not
nor will I recommend...

I go to all the potbelly’s and never have a problem but this one right here 8/10 always are giving me one. The first time I had a problem was with the older lady when I called asking if I could place a pick up before she said we don’t do pick ups and hung up. So when I went in to order my food another had took care of me with no problem. Today when I went in the same older lady in the front maybe the (cashier) was rude I placed my order ONLINE for pickup so I sat down because...

After my experience at the Dearborn location thought I'd never come back. Two totally different experiences!! Lashura has the very best customer service and I actually got a real sandwich! Didnt get a lot of avado on one side and the guy fixed it with no problem!! She told me to always come there they'd take care of me. Ill be back for sure! My food was great awesome experience!
