When these places first popped up I was surprised at how good the food was. I guess what's really changed is the mentality of the staff at every restaurant or every business for that matter. The service here was still good and the restaurant itself clean it just seems like everybody's okay with mediocre.

Ordered my first breakfast sandwich at Detroit Metro Airport, McNamara concourse B and left Potbelly's angry. Although it was early morning, the 2 gals working could not have been ruder. To make matters worse, the sandwich was terrible. Save your time, money, and experience for another place because this one won't be around for long..... SK

I ordered my lunch at 11:43, which gave me a 12:34 delivery time. The delivery person arrived at the store about 12:28. I checked on the delivery person's wellbeing (safety check) about 1:03. Delivery person responded saying they're really behind. My order was delivered at 1:19 and is not safe to eat based on my ServeSafe training. These were not cooked sandwiches. The lunch meat, lettuce, and tomatoes are all warm to the touch. For cold ingredients to get this warm, they have to have been sitting out in improper conditions.I haven't been able to get through to anyone by phone. I can understand a busy lunch rush, but you cannot just leave food out without appropriate (ie: safe) conditions.Unfortunately, I just don't get lunch now, because it was nearly an hour late, and is also not safe to eat. I'll be contacting corporate.

I can live without the pot pie crust. Tastes super floury. But the soup was decent. Somewhat salty but some ppl may love that. Know what I really appreciate tho?? That VIEW. And the extremely kind staff. Absolutely and yes indeed.

Horrible slow. Dude making the sandwiches didn’t pay attention and then the other guy making them had headphones on jamming out. Cashier didn’t know what to do either. Worst service I’ve seen in Detroit and that is saying something.

I stopped in while visiting from Ohio to eat here today and had an opportunity to meet the current GM Tra. This location was clean and bright. The employees were friendly and fast. Great experience here and the food was awesome! Try the Chicken Pot Pie soup! It was delicious! I will definitely come back again.

A potbelly worth going out of your way for. In terms of fast casual chains it's difficult to set yourself apart; however this one does just that. The line might look daunting at first glance, but it moves at a fever pitch, and the food is always top notch and to specification.

I absolutely love the wreck sandwich .It doesn't have alot of toppings like Subway .I purchased the Wreck it has Ham,Turkey, RoastBeef, Salami with cheese n toasted .I added oil vinegar, Mustard onions, lettuce and tomatoes .Very good I recommend this place8
