I ordered a macchiato and prepared pastry to go while stopping in to see the Fischer Building. I always tip $1.50 to a barista per drink and take it at the bar. Apparently since this wasn’t 20% of the bill with my croissant the patron behind me decided to make an underhanded comment while the employee laughed, continued talking about it while I’m standing off to the side. I found it unprofessional and a bummer as a hometown tourist. Other than that it was a nice place

I love the spicy vegetarian breakfast sandwich and in my experience, good, vegetarian breakfast sandwiches are sometimes hard to find! If I ordered it again I would ask for less sauce/dressing. Also pairs well with the kale salad. I would also recommend this business for its pastries!
