So grandma's house is closed, but they have moved a few blocks and are joining Miss Eva's space. Sounds like they will be open there in a few weeks.

I had been here last summer and it was great. Looking forward to checking out the new space soon.

We had our wedding at Detroit Rosa—also known as Grandma’s House—on 313 Day 2026, and we’re so grateful we did.

From the very beginning, Roni and Erik exceeded every expectation. We arrived to find everything set exactly as we envisioned—no follow-ups, no stress, no loose ends. Every request was honored, every detail thoughtfully handled, and all of it delivered with genuine warmth and care.

This is the most quaint place I've ever experienced... We chose to have our bookclub meeting here and the environment did not disappoint. The décor is very intentionally decorated and carries with it so much history. Not to mention the pleasant and attentive staff
Job well done!!! Thank you caring on such a rich legacy...
