We visited Sakseys on a Saturday evening for dinner and drinks and had a great time! Their burger is delicious might be the best in the city! They play really good 80s and older music and the vibe is very 70s. The cocktails are super tasty as well. They also have view masters with old pics from Dan Gilberts dad's bar which is what Sakseys is modeled after.
I absolutely enjoyed this place. All the staff were very nice, personal and inviting. The kitchen was closed so I didn’t get to try the food but the drinks were chefs kiss. I got the lusty nail. Very Smoky. Delicious.
We did not eat their food, but it looked great. We were there for drinks only and what a great experience we had, from the reservations (a must), to the treatment at the door, to the preparation of our table, to the accommodations, when we ask to sit at the bar, to the staff was bar none. Shout out to Hank, Jenny, & Kevin. They are serious about customer service, drinks, and great experiences. While both the table and the bar were good, the bar is where it's at. These...
