I would give this a bajillion out of 10, but since Yelp is weird and only has 5 stars...here. The queso is amazing!!! But the tables are sticky af. Like, I like the cinnamon doughnuts, but clean your tables.

The crew who works at Salsarita at the RenCen are typically very efficient. It seems like a lot of people behind the counter handling your food; but the speed at which they move through their custom line is impressive. At lunch time, they usually have the longest line in the foodcourt, don't let that dissuade you because you'll be placing your order in no time. The food is decent. A two soft taco combo is my go to meal when I'm here. I branched out today and had a quesadilla. It was nothing to write home about; but it was good. If you get the chips I recommend adding additional seasoning for better flavor. I don't know what it is about the sour cream but it's odd tasting; so I go for double guacamole instead. I went there today for lunch and was VERY disappointed! not only the usual charging extra for every little thing; they have now reduced their portion sizes. The small burrito ($7) is now half the size...smh When I spoke to the cashier about it she tried to short talk me ...smh...never again. I gave one star so i could post this or i would of gave none.
NOT FRESH! The steak was overcooked, fatty and just low quality. If you like shrimp they will be scooped from dirty water and served on your torltillia from gfs.
