My initial experience here was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I reached out to their corporate office, who forwarded my complaint to the owner, and he responded personally within 15 minutes. He offered apologies and attempted to rectify the issue immediately! The location on Joy Rd. and Greenfield offers much better customer service. The tenders were overcooked but I’d rather that than to deal with the despicable staff on Livernois. The owner seems like a very nice guy, I really hope...

I went to this location 4/29/24 Jasolyn King was the best!!!! She was very fast making my order and it was hot!!!! I love that! She was very nice as well I asked who was making food in the back and this wonderful young lady came out to greet me!! I have no idea why she is not a manager she an ideal candidate because of her professionalism! Very well spoken young lady 10/10 recommend when this young lady is on the clock! Definitely will be back to this location great hire keep...
