Absolutely 10/10 experience at Shake Shack inside the First National Building in Downtown Detroit. From the second we walked in, the customer service was on another level. Eric deserves a whole raise, bonus, trophy, and possibly his own national holiday because the way he treated us was genuinely top tier. NGL, this was some of the best customer service I’ve ever had, warm, patient, helpful, professional, and just straight-up amazing.

I'm wondering do they change their gloves after touching money then going straight behind the counter. I put gloves on all through my eight hr shift and I'm telling you homeys moments sure didn't see like he did.

The receipt didn’t show The young lady taking our order name but, She Was Amazing with taking our order and she even brought it to us after we sat down to wait 👊!!! The Manager on duty Was Definitely Professional and Very Respectful @ making sure our food was to par as well as being comfortable in the atmosphere of restaurant!! The food was very well cooked, warm, plentiful and worth the price. The Lemonade Drink and Strawberry lemonade drink just mouthwatering delicious...
