I purchased cupcakes for my son’s birthday party and they were orange and blue. The cupcakes were pretty but they had so much dye in them everything was stained and it even turned my son’s bowel movements blue. I don’t like how much blue dye was in the cupcakes. They should worry about taste more than presentation.

Food is good but they need people that understands and can speak English properly. I ordered a shrimp quesadilla. She gave me steak instead. When I called up there they said I could bring it back and I had to pay an additional $2 for the shrimp quesadilla that I originally wanted. How am I being charged this and the lady that took my order could barely speak English messed up? Need to do better and understand customer serv
I ordered a gender reveal cake for my family members and specified on the receipt that the filling should be blue. I placed the order on Thursday to be picked up that Sunday. It was finally time to cut the cake and there was NO FILLING! It was just a marble cake. We didn’t eat the cake either because the sole purpose of it was to be the GENDER REVEAL. We called the following Tuesday and asked for the manager on duty which was Becky. The first thing she told us was that they lost our order receipt. Then she argued that she could not do anything for us because we should’ve returned the cake on Sunday for a refund. Sorry, please explain how we were supposed to leave a party that WE were hosting to go return a cake. Becky continued to argue and then said that we could have a new cake for the same price, she then went to talk to someone else and changed her mind. She said that we could have a new cake but would still have to pay for half of it. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not even McDonald’s would argue with their customers the way that Becky did. The workers here always have a nasty attitude and I’m not sure if it’s just with certain people or everyone that walks in the door gets the same treatment. I know A LOT of people that buy cakes here for special occasions and I will make sure they never return.

horrible business and customer service. we ordered a cake for my gender reveal and my friend told them blue. come the day of the gender reveal and there's literally no frosting for the gender. we tried getting a refund but the said they couldn't. only thing that they could do is give us another cake for half off. no point because the gender reveal is done. ruined our day. they said we had to called them to get refund that same day. I guess they expected us to stop our party on Sunday at 7pm. terrible terrible bakery.

Terrible place. My friend bought a cake here for my wife and I for a gender reveal. Cake was supposed to have blue frosting inside for the gender and the cake literally had no frosting. Gender reveal was ruined because of this. When we tried getting our money back they said they couldn't because we didn't call that same day. Terrible customer service because I guess they expected us to stop our party to get a new cake and call them. Never coming here again.
