Seated at a sticky unclean table. Was moved to another table nearby but that table wasn’t set up and no one set it up for us (bigger table and I had to move everything in front of where we sat). Drinks came out with one straw instead of 2. Waiter never came back with a straw. Had to ask someone else for a straw. ordered ginger beer, she ordered sprite. Sprite came out flat and tasted like tap water. Asked for it to be taken back and she wanted ginger beer instead also. Hers came out in a considerably smaller glass than mine and with no lime?? Menus were never removed from the table. Waiter brought out our sushi and then never came by the table again. Another staff member cleared the table after we finished and then we just sat at an empty table for a while and had to ask someone to let our waiter know we’re ready for the bill. To top it off the sprite that we sent back because it was just water was still on the bill.

Isabella (server) and the chef made accommodations in regard to my husband’s diet restrictions. They went above and beyond to make sure that my husband can experience the great food in their restaurant. I have never been impressed this much on the level of service they provided. It was definitely a memorable one on top of the food being so delicious. Everything we ordered were really tasty especially the Shiro Dragon Roll, Pork Katsu and the Matcha Tiramisu. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the best service and experience.

Not overly happy about my experience here, next year I’ll be choosing a different place. So I came here for my 21st birthday and I was hoping to spend $200 just trying different things, when I get there, everything‘s fine, the scenery is beautiful I had a reservation set For the bar and I should’ve known it was a problem when he said, do you guys just want to get a table? So he sits us at a table then the waiter tells me that they won’t be serving any alcoholic drinks because they’re waiting for new alcohol licenses which is cool and all But I wish the waiter would’ve told us that before we sat down because we would’ve left it is my 21st birthday after all. The food was nice and it saved the day, but I spent frugally because I didn’t get the experience that I wanted. I feel like they weren’t as attentive as I like, and they didn’t try to salvage the experience when they realized that I was unhappy on my birthday. My Husband had to take me to a different restaurant. But other than that, I give it three stars for the overall and four stars for the food. The food really made the day. If the food was nasty, this probably would’ve been a bad review.

This place is solid! Did not have any sushi, but a little surprised by the price complaints given the portion size. The salad was huge, and the pork Katsu was easily two servings. Gyoza nothing special but also tasty. I would def go back!

Overall it was sadly disappointing. It was a slower Monday evening. The host took forever to get to the host stand so we went to the bar. At the bar, it took us over five minutes to get menus and or water. Mind you, it was just two of us. The bartender did make a wonderful take on the traditional paper airplane. The wife decided she wanted to sit at a table.So we were moved to a table, our server once there seemed rather out of it for lack of a better term. They were out of the first three.Items that we had ordered to our astonishment. We ordered the octopus and the udon noodle cacio pepe. The octopus was seasoned very well cooked nicely, a smaller portion, the presentation was very unappealing. The udon noodle appetizer was surprisingly good. Our server informed me that ownership doesn't keep a fully stocked kitchen until the weekend. Hence, our first 3 items chosen were not available on that Monday evening.I ordered my second drink of a Yamazaki 12 yr old whiskey, ice on the side. That took roughly about ten minutes to come to the table. By the time my second drink arrived, we had decided.We were ready to leave.So I asked the server for the bill. The decor fit and finish was off for having been opened a year. Very cheap looking IKEA pendants hung from an unfinished ceiling. In their defense, some of the sushi that we did see coming out looked very appealing, but at that time, our appetites had waned. We won't be back.

Went here for my husband’s birthday celebration. We shared plates among the table and then got sushi. The sea bass was incredible, so was the chicken! Little pricy, and they were out of a lot of stuff on a Saturday, so that was a bummer. We would go back.

Our server was knowledgeable about the food and sake, and very helpful in selections. The quality of fish was exceptional and flavors were outstanding. Next time I hope to try the sashimi platter. The only addition(s) I'd like to see is a chef's omakase option and a chirashi bowl.
