I ordered a peppermint mocha, which is the only item I order from the Starbucks, and Anastasia(exuse me if I got the name wrong) but she was on the day shift, around 1pm, she made the drink perfectly, I really appreciated that because most of the time I never get it made right

I visited Starbucks for the second time with my girlfriend, as we were interested in trying the new lavender Matcha, given her enthusiasm for Matcha. During our walk to the register, we encountered a tall, light-skinned woman who appeared to be displeased, despite our typically cheerful mood. She was on her phone when we approached and instructed us to wait momentarily; perhaps my request for her to expedite her actions on the phone was somewhat abrupt. She responded with a look of displeasure and remained visibly annoyed throughout our ordering process. As we are not frequent Starbucks patrons, we had several questions regarding the lavender Matcha; however, we received no responses. It appeared she needed to consult with others around her to discern the details of our order, which suggested a lack of familiarity with her responsibilities. We could also hear her insulting us to another Coworker as if we weren’t still in front of register. This was my worst experience at a Starbucks.

Customer service sucks, they were extremely rude and argued with me for ten minutes because they dont know the definition of „simple syrup“. Every other cafe in every city in the world knows what simole syrup is, Ive been a barista for over 20yrs. More important, you never argue with a guest and make them wait. Teach these people some manners. I have never disrespected a paying customer the way I was just disrespected and I‘ve been doing it longer than these girls been alive, they could be my children. They should know basic english terms for coffee drinks. Horrible experience, never would go back

While the drink and food quality is standard, and the Campus Martius location is convenient, the lack of seating really lets it down. This is very much a pick up and go location for tourists or other people in a rush.

Small branch, and barely any of the pastries/bakery items were available. However, the staff that were there were kind and great baristas.

Be ready to take away, mostly, because there’s but only 4 seats.

I've been here as a tourist for the past few days, and I've enjoyed getting to know the workers here—Faith, Rayshad, and Ladna—all hard workers with smiles on their faces. I've been here with my family, watching such fast-paced workers, and they keep up great service despite the endless rushes lately. Drinks getting made to perfection the thanksgiving parade was such a blast and seeing the workers laugh still while the cafe was full and spirits still bright

I went because it was cold outside. It was not busy at the time I went in. They messed up the 2 orders in front of mine and than blamed the customer for the wrong drink. Our drinks were to sweet. I won't go to this location again.

made my drink wrong and when I kindly told him it was wrong he got annoyed took the messed up drink back and gave it to another lady to flirt with her and then rudely gave us the right drink without saying anything the entire time, felt like an inconvenience and annoyed that we weren’t offered the drink instead

I was grateful to have the staff that I encountered here. Everybody was genuinely nice and helpful in making my stay pleasant. I’m not a coffee drinker, but I got this thing called a Caramel Latte and it was delicious…..I don’t even think people say delicious anymore, but that’s what it was! From Erika who made the drink to Dana who took care of the store ensuring quality service, this is a great spot for a quick stop for coffee….Im a Caramel Latte drinker now!

The online ordering was turned off on Wednesday morning and couldn't order anything before I started work. They have messed up my order a couple times. Got ice in my nitro cold brew or the wrong size drink.
