He had a gift card and the barista Geriah was so helpful in guiding him on his very first order at Starbucks with a gift card. For me, she suggested to try the Turkey Sage pastry specifically with honey, and it was the bomb.
šSuggestion: If you all had hot honey, it wouldāve been even more fire literallyā¦ No pun intended lol.
The atmosphere is amazing. Gives off a New York vibe which I can appreciate being a Detroit native who travels a lot. Overall great experience. Will be back very soon āš¾

Went there twice on Thanksgiving & Black Friday; was staying at a hotel close by in downtown. The first day I was greeted with a warm welcome and the 2nd time not so much. The drinks are chain, obviously and were good. Got the seasonal drink white chocolate mocha ice with coconut milk, yum.

Washroom was disgusting, could not use. Took 20 minutes to be able to place my order and I am still waiting for it 40 minutes later. There is absolutely no reason it should take this long. I walked in at 4pm and now it's past 5. Like seriously, what the actual hell?

This place I went to a few times. My coffee was good, but service was very slow. The bathroom is disgusting not clean no toilet paper. I feel like they need to train better maybe be less lazy about being a cleaner environment. Iād never let a bathroom get as bad as this one is!

A tall ice coffee was $6.10. Pretty expensive but you are paying for the name of course. Gotta love Starbucks.
The service was on a bare minimum requirement- you want coffee we give you coffee :) Still, itās one of the few places you get a good espresso nearby!

Black employee grossly underpaid at $10 hr while others make $14. Place was sited on multiple occasions for filth. The manager Niki puts food for guests on the floor. Ever smelled something in the store this is what had to be years of not cleaning. Ice bin taped instead of fixed so fruit fly nest builds. Manager admits thereās been mold in the ice machine, hasnāt been cleaned. Serving bad food, freezer is broken. I was there fixing things and because I tried to schedule 20% labor instead of 13% I was let go. After fixing a lot of these problem. One of them businesses that preys on the community by hiring outside, paying less, and working harder; never really giving an opportunity to make better. We need these type of owners out of our city.

Overall I like this location, I havenāt been here in over a year, but itās about the same, it definitely has not went down any pointsā¦itās Starbucks, what much can you say, except that inflation has definitely took hold. I always order a small peppermint-mocha, last year it was 5.45, 6.10 with a extra shot of mint and chocolate, now it is 7.45 and almost 10.00 with extra shots, I wonāt be visiting again
