This starbucks location has horrible service. 3 different occasions I’ve had issues coming here. One of the times I had mobile ordered something and with no note about it on the app, the inside of the store was completely shut off to customers for some reason, leaving the only way to get my drink through the drive thru. Picking up a drink that was waiting ready on the counter easily turned into waiting in a line for 45+ minutes because no one was allowed to grab their orders. Another experience was ordering a sandwich and drink and having another person take my sandwich, and when I brought this up to the employee and the cash register, she rudely dismissed me and told me that she doesn’t deal with already made orders. I never got a refund. Lastly, after updating my birthday and going in for the free drink promised, the employee working the cash register rudely said that it wasn’t possible and my app didn’t display anything. Among those 3 experiences, this location tends to always be out of items for refreshers and basically any other drink I’m ordering half the time. You’re much better off going to the starbucks on Hollywood as their service is exponentially better.

I place a mobile order a few times a week. I have been coming here since 2019. I always order the same thing. My food and coffee are always fine. I've only had a few minor issues and they were always resolved immediately. The staff is always friendly. It's always clean inside.

This location takes forever, every time I’ve put in a mobile order the estimated wait time is off by at least 10 minutes, and when the estimated wait time is 10 minutes that means you’re standing around for 20 minutes waiting for coffee. My pick up time was 4:12, I finally got my order at 4:30. Oof.

This location never makes my mocha correctly. I don't customize it, but it always tastes bad. I can only get it in the morning. The few times I've tried to grab a drink at 5pm or 6 pm, they are always out of food, drinks, and sleeves.One day, I had to use my points to avoid losing them. I'm not a chai person, but they were out of everything, so I had to settle for a Chai latte. Please do better!

Solid Starbucks that is pretty quick with the drinks. The drive thru line moves fast. I typically order ahead in the app and my drink is almost always ready within 4-5 minutes of placing the mobile order.
This has to be THE worst Starbucks ever! They are ALWAYS out of something. Unfriendly staff, dark and sad inside. Never stocked but stock all over the place in boxes. And I LOVE starbucks and travel and visited hundreds and this one is like you walking into depression.

Starbucks is my absolute favorite! Let me put you on my favorite Christmas drink: iced gingerbread oat milk chai latte (I get mine with 2% milk I stead of oatmilk because it's less sweet but really doesn't matter). So good!!! I have this Starbucks a 2 because overall the service isn't very good. It takes forever to get your drink and there is never enough people working. the tables are usually dirty too. But when it's slow, we have conversations with the workers and they are soo nice! Our favorite worker just left a couple months ago and we all miss talking to her when we go get our Starbucks.
