Alumni returning after 5 years.Definitely you will feel like what an awesome place it has been .. and it is now .. with lot of developments and on going developments..If you are an Alumni who have not visited Wayne State after you left college , I definitely recommend go and visit.You will feel how awesome college is like..Even if you didn’t had enough fun..

They overcharge you if you aren't paying attention and have extremely slow service. One time I tried to tell the cashier that he messed up my order and overcharged me for the drink and he completely blew me off. Rude staff, long wait times and definitely not worth it.

this is the slowest, worst taco bell ever. who stops taking orders while they prepare the current 3??? or whatever! then there line is past the panda express. absolute worst!

As a former Taco Bell employee I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service at this Taco Bell. I understand that during the time of my visit the restraunt was quite busy but I expected good service and at least a correct order. I ordered a chicken chipotle griller fresco without any sour cream or chipotle sauce with Romain lettuce and black beans as well as the five dollar double cheesy gordita crunch box with a soft taco and a Doritos Loco's Taco in the box. However When I received my order it was completely incorrect, with the griller having chipotle sauce, sour cream and no black beans( I don't know if they had black beans but regular beans would've been fine) and with 2 soft tacos with no Doritos locos taco in sight. When I told them the order was wrong, the man taking my order didn't seem to be listening to exactly what was wrong and gave it to the person on the line where they seemed very annoyed and unhelpful. Thus it caused me as a customer to feel like my needs weren't taken seriously. They finally gave me my "correct" order, which I repeated to the worker who gave me my order who confirmed that it was correct. However when I checked, it was incorrect AGAIN. No black beans in sight as well as a regular taco instead of a Doritos, which both I paid extra for. I felt like my intelligence and knowledge of my food was undermined and I'm very disappointed.

Terrible. By far the worst Taco Bell location I've ever been too. Service is terribly slow. You'll wait in line for 20-25 minutes just to PLACE an order. After your order's been placed, be ready to wait an ADDITIONAL 15-20 minutes to receive your order. Location must be understaffed or undertrained, I'm not sure what's going on. There's rarely ever someone at the register since they're busy in the back doing God knows what. If there is someone at the register, there's only one person ready to take your order. Avoid at all costs and eat someplace else.

I am thrilled that there is a Taco Bell on campus at Wayne State. It is nearly the only Taco Bell in the whole city of Detroit, so it is sorely needed. However, the service at this Taco Bell is unforgivably slow. During busier times (lunch rush), there is a huge line and the wait for your food will be significant. But even during slow hours, I have waited 10+ minutes for a single item. I would eat here more often, but sometimes when I think, "Hey, i'm hungry and Taco Bell sounds good/cheap...", I decide not to eat here because I don't have time to take a 15-20 minute break just to get a snack. My suspicion is that this is an Aramark problem (Aramark handles food service for Wayne State). Either they're not hiring enough staff, or they're not supporting and training their staff sufficiently, because there is no reason this place should be so consistently slow.
