I really can’t give this place any stars because it’s always this one lady that works there Never acknowledge the customers when they waiting to be served. I’ve tried more than once to purchase a meal and had to walk out each time. Never go to this subway

I am so upset over a pretzel!!!! My daughter and I went to the Subway on Michigan Ave and Trumbull. The cashier was nice, but the ONE thing I ordered was ruined. It may not sound big to you, but when that's the ONLY thing you ordered. I had nothing to eat. The pretzel was overcooked and hard as a stick!!!! It's so irritating! Thank you for the unexpected diet today!!
