The restaurant was surely beautiful. However, they did not have the weight staff to accommodate our party. There were a lot of missteps om ordering. I actually was overlooked and do not believe I got a full portion of my Chilean sea bass. It looks like they sliced a piece of someone else's and put it on a plate when they realized they had overlooked me. That would be all of the portions were much too small. For the cost, our average spending was about a hundred and twenty five dollars per person. No one in our party was satisfied with their meal portions. However, we did not complain because it was meant to be a festive affair. And we did enjoy ourselves. This was I’ll be trying to patronize chefs, but this is one of the worst experience I had in restaurants nice at a 4.3 star I don’t think so. They need to upgrade their Service I waited for like two hours for a table and the atmosphere is nice But this is one of the worst experience I had in restaurants and I recommend to no one

This was by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had!!!!!!! I truly can’t even begin to explain how chaotic and disappointing the entire night was.

My boyfriend made Valentine’s Day reservations here, not realizing we had already dined here before and had a bad experience. Since we had reservations and it was Valentine’s Day, we decided to give it another chance, hoping it would be better. Unfortunately, it was significantly worse.

We should have taken it as a sign when the hostess told us it was her first day. In total, we were there for FOUR HOURS. We waited an hour past our reservation time just to be seated. They then brought us to a back room and had us wait there, which felt unorganized and honestly embarrassing. At one point, they tried to seat us at a table that was practically inaccessible, there was barely any space between the surrounding tables, making it impossible to get through without moving furniture.

After finally being seated at a different table, it took another 30 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, and that was after already waiting an hour for our reservation. We received water and placed our order immediately, already two hours into the night. We then waited another hour for appetizers, and yet another hour for our entrées.

By that point, we were completely fed up. After waiting four hours, we didn’t even have the appetite to eat there anymore. We boxed our food and left.

We were not the only table having a terrible experience. The table next to us left after waiting over an hour just to have their order taken. Another table nearby was trying to stay positive, though they openly mentioned they would be leaving a negative review. A different table had similar issues, and the guest across from us was charged for items he never ordered.

Our server seemed completely overwhelmed and came back to take our order three separate times. My boyfriend even told him that if the order hadn’t been submitted yet, to just cancel it. The server assured us it was already placed and said he was just “making sure” three times. Yet an hour later, we still had no food.

The entire experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and incredibly disappointing. This is not how a restaurant should be run, especially on a holiday like Valentine’s Day.

They lost a lot of business on one of the busiest nights.

My husband and I had 10:30 PM reservations for Valentine’s Day and unfortunately experienced one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had.

Despite having reservations, we were not seated until nearly an hour later and had to wait at the bar. It took approximately 20 minutes just to place a drink order, and we were informed that many alcohol selections were already unavailable. The dirty martini I ordered was poorly prepared and undrinkable.

After finally being seated, it was another 20-minute wait before our order was taken. I initially ordered the lamb chops, only to be informed later by the manager that they were completely sold out. That information should have been communicated upfront before orders were placed.

I then ordered the chicken, which was served visibly undercooked and pink in the center. Undercooked poultry is a serious food safety concern, and this could have made me ill. As a result, I was unable to eat my meal and had to share my husband’s.

What makes this especially disappointing is that we dined with you last Valentine’s Day and had a wonderful experience. This year was the complete opposite and fell far below expectations, particularly for a holiday that requires reservations and advanced planning.

We would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be addressed.

We decided to dine with Table No. 2 for our 22nd anniversary. The best part about the experience was our waitress Erin, she was amazing; the music selection was great and the ambience was aesthetically pleasing. The food, was so disappointing. We had crab cakes that were over cooked, my salmon was very bland. It reminded me of the prepackaged salmon you buy from Sam's Club. The salmon was on a bed of rice that was obviously for presentation only because it was cold and hard. My husband had blackened snapper that was extremely blackened but flavorless. The garlic herb mashed potatoes, appeared to be a smashed potato with a sprinkle of parsley but no flavor. The presentation was great but the food, not so much! Very disappointing $300 later 😩

Wonderful restaurant, great food, outstanding service. It's a great place, hard to get to because of the construction. Totally worth the effort. We highly recommend it.

Make sure you bring cash or have other forms of payments besides credit or debit because the card machine isn't always working according to staff. It was a inconvenience to have to download cashapp to pay for my meal. The service was great, food is decent but nothing to brag about. Decor was beautiful, hopefully more ppl will support the business.

Table No. 2 Restaurant failed to honor communicated food allergens, provided false advertising regarding their 7-course tasting menu experience, and demonstrated hostile customer service when addressing a serious health and safety concern involving asparagus served to a guest with a documented asparagus allergy.

We went to this restaurant for a 30th birthday celebration, and I made sure to call ahead to inform them that it was a special occasion for two people. They assured me they could accommodate us and mentioned they could write "Happy Birthday" on a dessert plate. Unfortunately, they did nothing to acknowledge the birthday at all, which was a big letdown. Our group of 10 was the only party in the restaurant, aside from another couple at a small table. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, the service was disappointing. The two servers were friendly and respectful but kept forgetting our drink orders. It took nearly 45 minutes for any drinks to arrive, and even then, they continued to forget or mix them up. We also ordered appetizers that didn't arrive until after our main courses were already served. When we ordered the salmon with a side of sea scallops, we were mistakenly charged for an entire entrée of scallops, which was not what we wanted. When we brought this up, the waiter insisted that we had ordered the scallops, which was clearly not the case. To make matters worse, they had run out of olive juice to make dirty martinis, which was a major disappointment. Throughout the meal, there was no bartender in sight, and it felt like there was no one properly managing the kitchen either. The food quality was subpar—definitely not what we had expected from a restaurant that appeared to be well-regarded. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially considering it was for a birthday celebration. Our bill came to over $245 for three people out of our party since we split tabs but if I recall it was probably over 900 dollars for 10 of us and despite two of us sharing a meal, they wouldn't remove the incorrect scallop charge. There was no recognition of the birthday, no complimentary gesture, and no effort to make our experience special. I won't be returning, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place for a special occasion.
