We love the Taco Madre Truck! We love this as our after church dinner spot in the summer. We started coming before they had the current beautiful outdoor seating area. The food is absolutely delicious. We usually do the birria tacos and birria pizza but we have also tried the chicken and asada tacos and the elotes which are also great! It is cash only so come prepared.

Very reasonably priced tacos: $2 each! Cash only. Really nice outdoor seating environment. The pollo tacos were not as good as the asada tacos. The pollo tacos didn’t have enough flavor. The asada tacos were excellent though. I also really enjoyed the asada quesadilla, it was my favorite thing I ordered. I would not order the pollo again, but I would definitely be back for the asada tacos or asada quesadilla.

Such a great little spot. Stopped here by chance driving through Southwest and I had to stop. Super flavorful. The pastor was really good. The staff was friendly. Keep in mind it is CASH ONLY. There’s quite a few picnic tables setup infront of the truck for dining. Or you can take it to go.
