I liked everything from the chips and salsa to the beans and rice. Nice restaurant, good food. I ordered chicken quesadillas, they had lots of chicken. Great service, I shall return.

Any time of day, these tacos hit the spot. I’ve never ordered anything else because there’s plenty of taco options, but the other food looks good too. Atmosphere is also exactly what you want from a Southwest Detroit Mexican restaurant.

We heard about Taqueria El Nacimiento and had to give it a try today — and wow, we are so glad we did! 🌮🍹
The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the wet burrito, and the ground beef was chopped so fine with incredible flavor in every bite. We also had the queso, which was delicious, and the margaritas were so good too!
