Even though I only ordered one beer, I had a wonderful experience. Karen, the bartender, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, introducing different beers and offering samples so I could really appreciate the differences between the ones I was interested in. Brakeman bartenders are cool and make great drinks. I came in last week and everyone had a smile on their faces and were laughing and joking together and with the customers. It’s a great vibe at brakeman. Kim is a good manager who can have fun but makes sure everything is running smooth. AP is my favorite bartender and I love watching the two of them banter.
Mateo was such a wonderful bartender he made sure we were okay even with a packed bar. He was so very helpful and kind. I really appreciated the hospitality. I’ll be back just for him every time.
