Took 40minutes to safely access a parking space and walk to pick up my order. The traffic , road closures, and building entrance make picking up orders during prime downtown detroit events/times very difficult. Maybe implementing curbside service would be beneficial. The food item actually wasn't for me but it smelled good amd the person said it was very tasty.
Pros: short wait time, delicious warm peach cobbler and cold vanilla ice cream on demand, inside was fairly clean, not too loud
Cons: was a little bit confusing on how to order since there were two registers but they were being staffed intermittently, and for the portion size $10.60 is egregious.

stopped by the peach cobbler factory and tried the banana pudding and peach cobbler. both were really good, the banana pudding was creamy and the peach cobbler had a nice homemade feel to it. sweet without being too much, and honestly pretty refreshing for a dessert. i'd definitely come back when i'm craving something sweet.
