A staple of West Village, red hook is always a great way to start the day or pop in to grab a quick drink and bite to eat. They have great options and always greet you with a smile.
The latte is probably the best one I’ve had and it was vegan. It was perfect heat and dident need any waiting time and the matcha was also the best I’d had, both where quickly produced and they where kind and had vegan food options too. Would come again.
We came by after having brunch at Norm's Diner. A female barista made our lattes, and they were EXCELLENT. She was friendly, and the ambiance was nice.5 stars
P.S. The male cashier was not at all friendly. He barely spoke and just looked at us with a blank stare when we were ordered. Sigh. One thing I noticed is the constant scratching of his beard, and the last straw was watching him blow his nose without washing his hands afterwards. -10 stars
