Not sure why there are so many bad reviews but I just came here for the first time and my drink was delicious. Service was fast and nobody was rude. I wouldn’t order food here even though it looks delicious it’s way overpriced but I’d definitely come back for a drink.

Worst service ever… I read the previous reviews but thought I would give it a shot anyway. Bad idea. The 2 employees there were just miserable people. Seriously, if you have your job that much, go work somewhere else!

Cashiers are rude. Never had worse customer service. When I walked up to ask for 2 spinach pies the cashier looked me up and down and with an attitude bagged my items. Proceeded to tell me the total, still with an attitude, and when I entered my card to pay I asked her for my receipt and she said “why don’t you get it” implying that I should grab it from the printer myself. I asked for her manager who simply said he was new and would talk to her. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened to me. Several cashiers and they’re all rude. Food is decent but not worth it with the service they provide

Ordered hot chocolate. It is cold! No idea how they make it. But it is not even warm. They call it hot chocolate. This is the 2nd time; I ordered it a for a friend the last time with the same outcome. Cold!
