Cashiers are rude. Never had worse customer service. When I walked up to ask for 2 spinach pies the cashier looked me up and down and with an attitude bagged my items. Proceeded to tell me the total, still with an attitude, and when I entered my card to pay I asked her for my receipt and she said “why don’t you get it” implying that I should grab it from the printer myself. I asked for her manager who simply said he was new and would talk to her. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened to me. Several cashiers and they’re all rude. Food is decent but not worth it with the service they provide

Ordered hot chocolate. It is cold! No idea how they make it. But it is not even warm. They call it hot chocolate. This is the 2nd time; I ordered it a for a friend the last time with the same outcome. Cold!

Bad experience one time once you trying to use pop slots free coffee they give you option up to 5 dollar any coffee and today just without even asking me they just gave me black coffee they trying to say something like rules change or wherever but on email is no any changes is exactly same email as last time I used …..

If you have to get coffee at the casino, stop here than refill your cup for free in the casino.
Can't get in without going through the casino, which means security. Not a place you can sit down and enjoy your cup.

I am writing because of my disappointment with the food at The Roasted Bean particularly the Maurice Salad. The Maurice salad is a Detroit tradition that I remember and loved from Hudson’s Dept Store. Your place has reduced it to a poor quality salad that is overpriced. The dressing is the key to this simple salad and your taste a lot like tartar sauce and you don’t give enough. Now I noticed that you are using a thin sliced turkey and ham meat so the hardy taste is all but missing. I will not be getting another salad there and any more food for that matter. Highly disappointing.
