We ordered Salmon Croquettes and Pepper Steak dinners and their $5 Chicken and rice The rice was uncooked on all three meals. Of course I called and the lady's response was "I just got here I didn't cook any of that"...... okay cool moving right along speak to the owner......who was apologetic and said I'm sorry about that I will take care of you......This was on a Monday.....We call Tuesday thinking he's going to honor what he said, well the gentleman who identified himself as Lou had a 1000 questions and no answers, who'd you talk to? What time was this? what day this happen.....very ghetto, not helpful at all, mind you this was just the day before, I purposefully didn't wait long because i didn't want them to say you waited to long. Well its been about a month I've tried contacting the " owner" he's never available anymore and needless to say they never replaced the meals or gave us our money back. My hope is the OWNER sees this and reaches out to offer us a refund at this point, you acknowledged the food was trash that night, you offered to fix the issue and you know you never did, and if you ask the cook who talks kind of fast and short with people hell tell you how many times I've caught hi on the phone and how he's never helpful but always says call back the owner will be in shortly! Mind you wont give a name. Supporting Black business isn't always the way to go somethings its about supporting who provides respect, quality and genuine good service.

Very nice man, I was having a terrible day and I stumbled upon their store on my way, I barely greeted as I usually do but still the person working was kind and even upgraded my meal

Prices are reasonable. The food is decent/good depending on who's there. Customer service is a joke (EXTREMELY RUDE) and nearly non exsitent. Wait times are excessive, even if you call in, and there's no guarantee you'll get your food the way you ordered it. CHECK EVERYTHING B4 YOU LEAVE.
