This place is not open for business. I made a reservation for 6pm Saturday I arrived early at 5:45 it was not open chairs were on the tables and all lights out. The address is incorrect the Address and GPS says W. Congress. The correct address is Shelby st. Where the sign is and front door. I tried to find a menu online its not available.

parking nearby on a Wednesday. I have been a couple of times now, and I love that I am always greeted by an extremely welcoming staff that really work to make sure I have a delightful experience. I highly recommend the lobster mac and cheese... a dish that seems to be vary rare in the area, yet delicious here! The craft cocktails have all been yummy and the bar always has good recommendations when you don't know what to choose! Will be back
XO Room has only been open for about 2 weeks now & that could be the reason that my experience was absolutely terrible. This is the first review I have taken time to write regarding a bad experience I encountered with a restaurant & with that being said, it shows the terrible experience that myself & 4 others experienced during a bday dinner. At first everything was going great. The hostess or manager ( I am not sure what her position was) was very welcoming. The waitress was very nice & was trying. They asked if there was a special event & I informed them that it is my boyfriends bday. We ordered the first round of drinks a total of 5 & the waitress came back with three. She informed us that my drink & my cousins drink would be out shortly. 30 minutes goes by & still no drink.I had to get up and go to the bar and ask them why the drink was taking so long. At this point I'm getting frustrated because there is only about 10 ppl (including us) in the restaurant so a Tito's and tonic should not take 30 minutes to get. The waitress was trying to be nice about it & gave us a free shot “since it was a birthday”. We begin to order food-first just expect your order to be wrong when placing multiple items on the menu. I will list what was ordered &my feedback. 1.) GOAT bruschetta which was wonderful I highly recommend getting that. 2.) The Arabian nights: When we ordered this we were brought a totally different item on the menu & did not receive this. We told the waitress and she insisted that item she brought out was that item that we ordered and we told her that is incorrect because we compared the items that were brought out to us & what was on the menu and then she insisted that the item she brought us was the correct one. 3.We than ordered “The KingPin” which had hair in it. 4.) salad & fries were the best 5.) we were comp. for shots but still charger for items that were incorrectly given to us by the kitchen. If i had more space i would write more. Very upset

The food was decent but the place was empty which gave it a weird vibe. Most of the drinks they can't serve yet and the item that looked best on the menu had already been scratched. I'm sure things will improve as they get busier and they stock up more, but for now it's a slow start.
