I came here expecting to get food and a soda, I don't drink, but they don't serve food so hard to review here.

Updated: After review of the owner’s reply below, I changed my review to 4 star. As I mentioned previously this was my mistake, and will change the way to deal with it in the future.
Thank you Erick for the clarification, this makes sense to me. Nonetheless I still think the bartender should always ask customers whether they would like to keep the card or a tab open, and not always assume the customer knows the routine, or the minimum fee for the bar… I did enjoy...
