Toarmina's Pizza Midtown (Cass Ave.)

This review is solely in reference to the service (which insane to even have to focus on considering this is not even a sit-down resturant). I have been coming here for years. There used to be a really sweet girl cashier, who handled everybody with kindness and professionalism, even while she was overwhelmed. Had the worst service of my life the other night: while it was a weekday and was not even busy. Girl behind the counter was very intentional and calculated with the disrespect she gave my friends and I while we were only in there to pick-up. Made multiple snarky comments and waited to give our food last, making it clear she was giving customers behind us their food first.
Pizzas still fine, just sucks that main worker/face of the store cannot even display basic customer service.
Detroit service industry is about patience, gratitude, and kindness. If you choose to work in the city, learn those traits.

Some of the best pizza in town! They’ve got incredible service everytime. It’s nice that they are open late and the pizza is always fast, hot, fresh, and flavorful. Dave is a great guy— he’s always happy to help.

Was the first time trying here. I was so good and the portions was great. The lasagna was great it feed me and my husband. The prices are great to. Will come again when in town. Thanks to the staff

Menu prices are incorrect . Destiny was unprofessional and ran out the door to say she would she after I mentioned that. Coupons aren’t accurate. It’s been prices at 12.99 and one topping for 1.75 since I been going there but they charge $20+. Scammy stuff.
