Tommy's is a neighborhood joint with an eccentric staff and lots of regulars. Chill vibes, good music, sports on TV, decent wings, yummy buttered popcorn, and Steven makes a great margarita. This is generally a beer and a shot type of a place, but he felt like making margs, and we felt like drinking them. Simple, lime, not stingy with the tequila. We also had the jalapeno poppers which were pretty dang yummy and made with fresh jalapenos. Nice. The wings are seasoned nicely...
First time here. It's walking distant from Cobo. We meet Tommy and talked to him for quite a while.

Stopped in with my Dad. Tommy was hanging around the bar, service was good, bargoers were very nice. They had some pretty cool photos on the wall.
