Customer service is great with the exception of a busy rush hour. I suggest be easy with the staff because they work hard preparing those Intricate drinks, and sandwiches. I salute these hard workers because they do take their service serious. Thank you to the management and the no nonsense Smoothie maker. She donot play around. She hold it down.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time I order food from them, it’s always sloppy. it’s always something spilling out of something. My flatbread is always wrapped up like a burrito. My bowl is frozen to where I can barely eat it and my smoothie is always melted to juice.

Tropical smoothie is really good and refreshing. However, this location has a lot of young adults working here, which is fine. But the customer service could be better. Today someone had their personal playlist playing over the speaker and I didn't appreciate it. Toooo much profanity that I didn't care to hear. Good thing I was carrying out and not dining in.

Ordered through Uber eats every thing lacked quality, drink wasn’t sealed with sticker & top wasn’t on all the way which caused it to leak . Missing chips , dirty fork thrown in bag but spoon was sealed in plastic . Salad had no dressing I had to throw everything away .

I ordered 2 Acai bowls via the app carry out. Opened the bag when I got back to work and there were no spoons which was frustrating. When I pulled the bowls out, they were frozen solid. All of the fruit was frozen and stuck together which means that the bowls were not prep for my order. They were in the freezer overnight. I used my points to get one of the bowls free so now I'm at a lost. I won't be able to eat the bowls for at least an hour because they have to thaw out. Now I don't have lunch to eat. I would like my points back and a refund for the bowl that I paid for. I just notice on this sticker that it was prepped Thursday 10/10/2024. Today is 10/14/2024. This is why it was solid as a rock!

My veggie hummus wrap was messy. Loaded with rice and very few veggies. My smoothie was delicious. Cashier was not friendly. Like she was annoyed. Didn't even greet me. Poor customer service.
