Had a blast here. Sunday brunch is lit. Food & drinks are always awesome. I also, danced on the back bar with the bartender ?????

Came here from Cleveland Ohio seen this on TikTok upon arrival great at the door by security then the hostess deck was immediately asked if we had reservations we did not it was a spare of the moment trip, we were told it was a $20 cover charge because we didn’t have reservations! Then was told we had to sit at the bar because it was two of us. Did not feel it was worth a $20 cover charge to sit at the bar so we left. I then went and look up the club/ bar because it’s not a restaurant charging cover! It stated it was $10 after 1 it’s was literally 3mins till 1pm!

First off I have been wanting to go here since forever. I was super excited to book my birthday dinner for 10 ppl here. I was so eager to stay for the night life. I arrived at the establishment and immediately fell in love with the atmosphere. We ordered drinks and food as soon as we got there. They took a long time to bring the drinks and my appetizer. Steak bites were a bit salty and the drink was okay. I asked the waitress who was helping our table if it was ok if we stepped outside. She said YES. They were taking so long with the food so we wanted to take a smoke break. As I was in the lot, one of my guests called and said they were the door, the doorman told my guest that “I LEFT” I immediately made my way back into the restaurant. We walked back in and they cleared our whole table. We had just ordered food and there was still unfinished drinks at our table as well. They were not apologetic at all. They told me they thought I had left. The manger came over and made it no better! We ordered food that we still wanted and the “MANAGER” proceeded to tell me that “the chef said he’s not making your food over again” excuse me?? Y'all assumed “I LEFT” did not try to call me to confirm if I had“LEFT” at all. They Just cleared my booth. I had reservations so why didn’t you guys call FIRST before making that decision to clear my table? That seems like proper protocol to me. They were very rude and nonchalant about the situation. The waitress also told me that “plenty of ppl “walk out” I was looking amazing and they ruined my whole birthday dinner! I will never book here again and don’t recommend you guys to either.

Trust was a vibe ! We reserved a booth for my cousins birthday and had a great time, even got to watch the Lions game !!

I came to the the supper club for my birthday . I was BEYOND IMPRESSED with my service and time at this place. The lobster Mac and cheese was DELICIOUS. The atmosphere was chill and the live music was different in a good way. Our waitress Yaya was incredibly helpful and had an amazing attitude the entire night. 10/10

DO NOT BOOK ONLINE HERE . They got $140 out of me i arrived and they gave our sections away the manager stated that 1100 people be waiting so he gives them away on a first come first serve basis SO WHATS THE POINT AND BOOKING ONLINE AND TAKING PPL MONEY IF YOUR GONNA GIVE THEM AWAY .

I decided to celebrate my birthday at Trust Sunday Brunch. I initially paid for 10 people and needed to add on to my reservation. I called to add on and received a text back. Going through text communication with someone from the club they took my additional payment and I asked to confirm that my reservation would be for 20 now instead of 10. They told me yes. I get to the night club and there is only seating for 10ppl instead of the 20 I asked for. I politely went to the host at the door to figure out what was going on. She was very nasty and rude. She told me because I didn’t create a new reservation they wouldn’t honor my additional 10 people. I told her I had the text to show that whoever I was texting told me it would be a 20 person RSVP. She made me show her my receipts, my bank statement to show the payment came out and told me that the text didn’t mean anything. Then told me that if I had an attitude I could leave because she didn’t want me to take my anger out on her server. At this point I was extremely frustrated!! After showing my bank statement she told me because the amount was still pending all my guest (who were standing at the door ) would have to pay to get in. This was the most UNPROFESSIONAL encounter I have ever had with an establishment. Finally they figured they would throw us upstairs where the heat was on 90. We made it work because I just wanted to celebrate my birthday. We ordered our food and for the most part it was awful. My chicken was small and overcooked. My sister bacon was running with grease. French toast wasn’t fully cooked. It was a lot. The DJ, MC and our waitress did try to help me make the best out of it. Needless to say I will NEVER go back.

I went today for brunch. The drinks were good. I was with a large party. It took forever to get our food. We were upstairs it was burning up. The waitress had to be overwhelmed because it too for ever for her to bring water. I ordered the wings. They were horrible & tasted like the grease was old or the wings were refried. Absolutely horrible experience

Everything was 10 out of 10 . My friends and I went for my birthday brunch and the food was so good ! The waitress was so sweet to us ! The vibe was just right with great music . Everything was clean and nice . Definitely recommend . I had the best time . I was lit off that mimosa tower lol also parking was very convenient behind and on the side of the club for $20!

I visited hew prior to Covid in 2019, I absolutely loved it. Good drinks, food pricey but good. Now let's get to the present. Return tonight on December 15. We came out to support a reporter. Okay, I order a lemon drop with Titos $16.80 including a $2.00 tip. Therefore the drink was $14.16. That's fine, order dry rubbed wings, and my bestie order pasta, wine, and a beer. Long story short. I asked for WATER, and was told you had to buy WATER....

I went to trust on 12/10 to celebrate my birthday with some friends and the service and atmosphere was great. Majority of my party was experiencing Trust for the first time and they loved it, we will be back.

Went out for Brunch with my cousins and it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a lit brunch!. Our server Cassandra helped to make it a great experience. We definitely plan on returning.
