The food is pretty good, however this wasn’t my best visit. My grilled chicken was over cooked (burnt). I attempted to call back to make them aware but was unable to get through after several attempts. Please check the quality of food before you leave the restaurant to make it is cooked appropriately. I hope that this location addresses the issue for future patrons.
My parents and I came on Mother's Day this year. No one was at the hostess desk. There was another woman there before I got there. We waited 15 minutes, and still no hostess. This was my first time here. An elderly woman decided to cut in front of me and the woman that was in front of me. So the woman in front of me cut in front of the elderly lady and flagged down a waitress. She was seated. I flagged down the same waitress, and she asked what was my name on the sign in...
I don’t understand why its 3.9 rating should be higher. I like to bring my pops here, and I always order the fried pork chops, with Mac n cheese and collard greens, I never walk away unhappy. The Mac n cheese and collards are tip top and the prices are good too. The folks here are always nice and welcoming to me and my pops.
