The meat is always on point the sides need major adjustments the sweeter sides are entirely too sweet and the savory sides are not all that flavorful, greens taste like water greens and black pepper. I think if they tweak the sides they would be a force to be reckoned with

I went to Velle's Grille yesterday for dinner in the hope of supporting a black owned business. I have no regrets. I had the Turkey Chops with Mac & cheese, collard greens and a side of yams. Good portion sizes. Everything was hot and seasoned perfectly. My meal was delicious. My husband had chicken wings with baked beans and macaroni. He also ordered a burger. My chicken sandwich was burnt. And the chicken itself was sooooooooo thick that it was tough. Very disappointing. Because I had a good experience a few weeks ago. I guess it depends on who’s cooking
