I always get takeout and the food is always a hit. They have one of the best nacho supremes around with Doritos, and the grilled chicken salad is amazing.

I went there last night after I got off work and the cashier/waitress or whatever you wanna call her was really rude. She rush me while I was trying to listen to my husband tell me what he wanted. I asked her about a specific thing on the menu which I ordered it. I only got half of my order and when I asked her about my food she rudely said I didn’t add it to your order and turned her back on me and got on her phone. Didn’t ask if I had time to wait or if she could still take my order for me. I was so upset I couldn’t even wait my uber was already waiting.

Me and my girl went there while her car was getting washed next-door the worst food ever I was smoking high and the food was still horrible. She got a catfish sandwich that wasn’t, seem to be catfish. I got a chicken quesadilla blam it seems like that Coney Island should be in West Virginia or something because that is not a Detroit food Coney Island 🤷♂️

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Coney Island for some time and have usually received great service, which is why I was surprised and disappointed by my most recent visit. I placed an order over the phone and spoke with a polite and helpful woman, but when I arrived to pick up my food, I was met with unprofessional behavior from the staff member at the window.
The young woman, who had a tattoo on the side of her neck, was noticeably rude—cutting me off repeatedly while I was trying to speak and coming across as passive-aggressive. The interaction made me uncomfortable and left a poor impression. I strongly considered leaving, but unfortunately, this was the only location nearby that offered cheddar cheese, which is why I decided to complete my order.
While I typically avoid supporting businesses that provide poor customer service, I’m hoping this was an isolated incident. I encourage management to ensure all employees are trained to maintain the friendly and respectful atmosphere that originally made this Coney Island a favorite of mine.

This should only be listed as a take out place. It has 4 booths and no working bathrooms. If you ask for things to not be put on your food, they don't listen. I got home just in time to be sick from the greasy food. Bums wander in wanting money. I will not be returning or recommending this place.

The omelette was very tasty. Cooked all the way through. Full of bacon, ham, sausage and nicely, chopped onion, And peppers.
The potatoes were undercooked, soggy from the moisture from the steam in the container and had no flavor. Add some butter or salt and pepper to those potatoes.
The toast was soggy, wrap it and wax paper.
Although the omelette was very tasty, they certainly wasn’t worth the $20- but it was a special holiday treat so I enjoyed it
On your DoorDash menu, can you add the options of adding peppers and onions or deleting an item? Also, your omelette header says that you have a choice of toast or two pancakes but yet when you order there was only the option of toast
