It should be noted that this place is now called FUEL, and I thought it was great. Servers were attentive and made a great recommendation for a local IPA. My lamb kabobs were tasty and came out quickly. Great view of the city too, and a stylish space.

I was working a show in the RenCen about two weeks ago when deciding to run to the bar quickly to grab 3 white house wines for my two co-workers and myself. When I got the slip back (after my card was run and wine poured) I was appalled to see I was charged close to $70 for 3 glasses of HOUSE WINE.While I am to blame for not asking the price ahead of time, I also have to point out that any decent person would at least give a heads up if 3 glasses of wine are going to run this high. It is NOT a normal price scale for "house" wine.This is a PSA to check price of each and every drink you order... otherwise, you will surely get a big surprise when the bill arrives!

The only thing good about this place is Jackie. She buses the tables but also is the only one that actually checks on your food and makes sure things are good. Otherwise the food is mediocre at vest and the service subpar.

Came here very hungry and ordered a sandwich and chicken tenders. Sat for two hours —- no food. Server checked on us only 3 times in our visit. Eat at McDonalds if you’re smart. It’s bad food but at least it’s food.
I enjoyed a tasty beef brisk sandwich and some fries. The place was only about 20% full, however the sound was deafening. Tall ceiling with glass walls and no decor or hanging sound tiles makes this place hard to visit without having to YELL! Great service and food.

We had the great experience of dining here for dinner one night. Our waitress, Crystal, was amazing! The best service we've had anywhere! The food was hot, and very tasty, and came out promptly. The only thing lacking is a better menu for vegans. Check it out when in Detroit!

Stopped in for a late-night bite, and Volt was hoppin'. And LOUD. I had the Turkey BLT -- which was very good, and the portion generous. My server was friendly and attentive. The menu had a good number of offerings, and I had a blueberry shandy that was AWESOME. Enjoyed Volt more than I did my stay at the Marriott.
