“Outstanding chicken sandwich and excellent customer service. I forgot my lunch, saw Heavenly Chicken and Waffles near my office, and decided to give them a try. So glad I did. The guys were super friendly, helpful, and even walked the food to my car when it was ready. The chicken sandwich was fantastic--made to order; juicy and crunchy; well-seasoned; and on a brioche bun with fresh accompaniments (pickles, mayo, Bermuda onion, baby spinach). Another nice surprise-- it also came with a bottle of water and fries. Fried were great--hot, crisp, with just enough seasoning. Great presentation in the to-go box and traveled well the five minutes back to the office. Will definitely be looking for Heavenly Chicken and Waffles again to try their spicy chicken sandwich next!“
“This food is just what the family ordered. Down home style cooking!! I had 1 waffle and shrimp and grits w/ cheese. The waffle is a great balance of fluffy and crispy. The shrimp and grits are delicious just not as thick as I'm used to. I will definitely be back for another go round. This place is a must try!!“

This location in MI always prepares the food better than any other location. My only concern is the amount of parking versus customers. I love the family friendly atmosphere and good food.“
“This is a great spot for breakfast. It can be busy but the turnover is fast. Staff is excellent, especially for what seems to be happening in a lot of places. Food is solid and always hits the spot. I tend to stick to omelettes and skillets, but their sweeter options (pancakes,etc.), also look yummy. Very family friendly and down to earth, but they seem to have figured out a formula that works well! It’s not a bougie, boozy brunch spot, but if you’re hungry for good breakfast food (even past breakfast time), I highly recommend!“
“The waffle cafe is amazing! Great food and music! It’s a whole vibe. We were able to eat in the lounge area! I really loved the watermelon lemonade and the lavender as well. I ate the trio waffles and did a sweet and savory combo. I enjoyed the buffalo waffle, the banana pudding and strawberry cheesecake waffles. Ohhh weee! Proud of the owners! Larry awesome job man!
