The gentleman who was assisting with the dining room orders (young man with locs) offered amazing customer service and was really trying to help with the overall experience, but this location was not very clean and the wait was a bit. The food was okay. The other gentleman working the register was not professional and was eating while taking our order. He seemed way too comfortable (didn't follow cleanliness protocols or offer professional interactions with multiple customers)...
I usually order from this Wendy’s and, to be honest, the experience is often subpar. However, I recently had an issue with my order and called in and Sharita completely turned things around. She handled the situation with ease and professionalism. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had at this location.

Their breakfast right now is on the cheaper side so I went to get abreakfast sandwich. Got exactly what I wanted and the worker was very nice. Ah, key note - they don't open the lobby early but once it's open the tables and area tend to stay clean.
