Ordered online (payed online) and went to pick up my food, waited for 20 minutes in line (I could see my carryout bag on the counter already done), when I got to the front of the line I was told to wait, so I waited another five minutes while they completed 4 more door dash orders, asked for my food and even pointed at it....was told to wait. I waited another ten minutes while they took other orders and handed five more costumers their food. Asked again for my food (which was now cold and soggy) was told to wait, they began taking other costumers order yet again and doing a few more door dash orders. After waiting almost an hour I just walked away without my food (I was very polite aswell). I am 99% positive my skin color has something to do with it...This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this location. I came here from work with a few a few friends during lunch and they did they same exact thing to my buddies and I. (We also pre-paid for our food so they stole over 70 bucks from us) We had to walk out and go eat somewhere else. IF YOU ARE WHITE JUST STAY AWAY! This is a black ONLY business no whites allowed!!

Food was awful! Paid for all flats didn’t receive them. The carrots were either freezer burnt or old. I couldn’t believe they would serve someone such terrible food.

Fuqua location Houston tx . Absolute trash, had a order not show and tried calling to ask what the issue v was doordash tells me that Wingstop cancelled the order. Ive called up there a few times to at least get a refund seeing as I never got my food nor was doordash ever able to leave with the order and I get a lie saying there isn't any sort of manager there and they cannot refund my money without the manager and I have to call back after 6. When I try to call at that time I'm repeatedly hung up on it or on hold for 45 mins then hung up on 5 days now and still haven't been able to get refund or food

This is the worst wingstop I have ever been to. The employees are inattentive and extremely slow. My DoorDash order was supposed to be ready and I waited 20 minutes with no update and eventually just had to cancel the order I was picking up and leave. This place is terrible.
Don't never go to the one on grand River really piss poor service. No one knows what they are doing

Wingstop is my favorite but I should have heeded the warnings in the reviews before i ordered from here. Stood in line for 15 minutes for them to tell me they didn't take cash. Seems like it would just be common sense/curtesy to let people know that ahead of time. Maybe put a sign on the door or on the window where you place/pickup your order. When I mentioned this to the young man at the window he acted nonchalant and was unapologetic. Definitely need to hire older people that actually have customer service skills. Will not be going back. Customer service is horrible
