I had the Mexican Sandwich with chunky beef with no cheese, my wife had a Mexican Sandwich with cheese and chunky beef as far as drinks my wife had a sprite I had a strawberry Jarrito No pics sorry the presentation was amazing and I forgot for dessert I had a cherry empanada everything was delicious
The best I like about the place is hot salsa and chips...however they charge 8.00 for a bag of large chips to go which is alot..the rice is sometimes hard like hasn't cooked long enough...I do like the tacos which only thing I do order besides salsa and chips.The inside definitely needs a remodel or a good cleaning has a musty smell. Dont think its ever been redone inside.
The wait was worth it! It's a popular place for a reason. The atmosphere is historic featuring on of Mexican towns oldest buildings and the food was great. I got the chicken tacos and the spicy salsa was the best.
