I didn’t purchase anything this time around…I accompanied someone making a purchase even though I usually get the peanut maafe stew…Xena or Zena…I believe a manager was dealt a very challenging customer towards the end of her shift. She stood her ground…was professional…and tried to provide a solution even though the individual was extremely irate for reasons that were of her own doing. Great job ladies!
I ordered the Fufu (Turnt Up w/ Dry Cheese) as well as the Mild Village Meal w/coconut rice. The fufu was perfectly creamy inside and the consistency reminded me of warm mashed potatoes - which I love. The Mild Village Meal I had with goat. The lemon pepper seasoning was delicious, but it was still quite hot for my tasting. The chickpeas were crunchy and sweet, and the coconut rice was so soft and decently rich in coconut flavor.
