They advertise 'Sweet Foam Cold Brew' with mocha, white lightning, etc. However, if you order a white lightning for example, they'll assume that you want it hot without even asking. Like, I dont think that's even on the main menu, except under the sweet foam cold brew section. Why would that be the default assumption?
I got a Shadow The Hedgehog plush and wanted to tell my friends by posing him with a drink. This lead to the most humiliating experience of my life: having to ask the barista for "the reddest Red Bull mocktail" they have and explaining that it was for posing my plushie when they gave me looks of mild confusion.
