Really upset after being in the road for a few hours my friend and I stoped at this Culver’s and I ordered a Reuben it wasn’t hot and the cheese wasn’t melted unfortunately . The service was decent though.

The food is good. However, the customer-facing soda dispenser is really watered down. The behind-the-counter (for drive-through) dispenser tastes way better and seems normal. I reported this on contactculvers.com months ago, but nothing has changed. Management: Please look into this. The water-to-syrup ratio should be 5:1 for Coke and Dr Pepper, and 5.5:1 for diet drinks.

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic experience here. Enough for us both (who almost never leave reviews) to want to leave a review asap.
We were stopping for a bite on our way out to Pine Knob for a concert, decided on Culver’s of course! Very very friendly staff, all smiles and fantastic energy. As expected, very good food.
