“Our first time here today. There was a bit of a wait, as to be expected during their first week being open. I took that wait time as an opportunity to ask the staff about their allergy menu. My son (2 yrs old) has egg and peanut allergies so we have to be careful. The staff acknowledged my concerns and immediately got the manager up front so we could discuss safe options for my son. He answered every question then even after we we were seated he reassured us of the safe menu options. our server *Michelle* also went out of her way to make sure the cook staff was aware of our sons allergies and checked up on us multiple times. The food was AMAZING, the staff was awesome. We will definitely be back. We've been to multiple establishments and have been disappointed because the lack of consideration for a toddler with food allergies. It's overwhelming and scary for parents to carry that burden. When staff goes out of their way to make sure your child is safe... that's a whole other level of awesome. I hope you all are very successful with this new business“

“This is hands down my favorite restaurant in Lansing and the folks who run it are wonderful! They have the best garlic sauce in central Michigan and it comes with pita. The food is always always always fresh and delicious. I am not related to anyone there and I have not been paid or compensated in any way for this or any other reviews I may have given for this restaurant. I honestly just love their food and it never leaves me feeling cruddy. I have digestive issues sometimes from restaurant food and I always feel great after eating here. There is plenty of parking and plenty of seating inside. They have yummy desserts as well. Now they have an amazing Lunch Buffet for around $15.00 and it’s a great way to try things you may be hesitant to try. It also includes salad choices, soup, hummus and their garlic sauce with pita!!! “This place is amazing they make the best pizza I've ever had I drive 3 hours to get this pizza sometimes cause it's that good especially there spicy vegan chorizo it's so delicious and ignore the lady complaining about not being able to use a $50 bill they have multiple signs saying there not allowed to take anything bigger than a 20 she decided to ignore them“

“I recently visited Hongs Cafe Cafe and Bar and had a really good experience. I ordered the hot pot and it was awesome. The soup was flavorful and everything tasted fresh. If you like hot pot or malatang, this is definitely a great place to try.

The only thing is that it’s a little on the pricey side — the hot pot soup was around $32. It’s very good quality, but you can find hot pot for a bit cheaper at some other places.

Overall though, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was nice, and it was a great spot to enjoy a hot pot meal. I would definitely come back again!“

“I came in for lunch on a busy Friday and the bartender Kayla was exceptional. She was running the full bar rail along with multiple tables and didn’t miss a beat. Hands down the best service I have ever received at any establishment. She was running that place like the navy. 1000000/10 would recommend!“

“Everything I tried was excellent. The Chilean Sea Bass is worth the trip alone. I tried a scallop on polenta and was impressed by that as well. I ate on the patio on a very warm summer night. The patio was shaded so even though it was still pretty sunny, I was glad we decided to eat outside. The mocktails I tried were all really good, but the espresso martini was my favorite by far. Our table shared shrimp and peach bruschetta appetizers that went pretty quickly. There was not a single dish that everyone was not happy with. It is also worth noting that the vegan at our table was easily accommodated. We could not have asked for a better experience. I don't like to leave reviews that ignore the bad but there is nothing I would have changed.“

“I have never been so impressed. We ordered 6 large pizzas, a salad and a sub at 11:31am and it was done by 11:54am. That is the fastest I have even experienced at a pizza place. When I arrived the service was amazing, helpful and cheerful. They also had 2 other large orders at the time, which were all done when the customers arrived and all had the same great service. I am super impressed. Thank you!“
