“We moved to the DeWitt area in 2018 and we knew we had to find a local pizza place. Peppinos is the place to go, no other pizza or breadsticks taste how they make them. It’s delicious!!!! Recently there was a miscommunication on our order (pick up) and it was the first time ever. Didn’t make a fuss about it or anything, just chalked it up as a thing that happens. 30 min later, sitting at home and someone knocks on our door. Well Peppinos went above and beyond to deliver the rest of the order. We’ve been loyal customers and definitely not losing our business. So if you’ve made it this far, you should know where to go for your next order“

“My husband and I live just down the road and decided to check it out for the first time. I don't recommend going here and I will never go back. ordered a Michelob, then when the waitress came back I asked for another beer. 15 minutes later she came back to the table without a beer, so I asked again for a beer, 15 minutes go by again and no beer. It's a bar and you can't even get a beer. I decided to walk up to the other girl and let her know that I had asked twice and ask her if she would bring me a beer. That was a mistake, I wasn't rude at all, she instantly got an attitude with me and says "you didn't ask me, I just came in from outside, then turns and walks away. She did bring me a beer along with an attitude. I apologized (which I shouldn't have even had to do) I let her know I wasn't upset with her at all and the reason I had ask her was because I had already ask the other girl twice. Didn't matter she was still rude. I ordered the nachos and my husband ordered a burger. My chicken nachos were burnt, I didn't even eat a 1/4 of them, you could look at them and tell they were burnt. After I got the beer it wasn't 5 minutes later she asked if we wanted our bill. Yup, bring me the bill because as a General Manager of 20 years, I know you don't treat people like that, clearly felt I wasn't wanted there and the 3 big tables were a priority. If you go with a big group, you'll probably get good service cause its a bigger tip for them. Never again will I go here or recommend to anyone.“
