I have lived in New York and Rome, London and Kyrgyzstan, and yet still my favorite bakery is this one, the Dexter Bakery from my childhood growing up here in Dexter! I dream of their apple fritters and friendly staff. Be sure not to miss this gem when traveling through the Midwest!
Great little old bakery with lots of yummy options! Their apple fritters are huge, and their whoopee pies are the best! They have a friendly helpful staff that's always happy and ready to help!
