Excellent customer service. We ordered a half and half, BBQ chicken one side then plain cheese the other. The pizza came with BBQ on both sides. When I called the store, employees were understanding and offered to replace the pizza at no charge. 10/10

Had a delivery order for a party. Fantastic service from the order, on time delivery and of course great pizzas. Had to also make a last minute change which was done with no issues. Thank you Andrew.

Review update. Been ordering pizza from Jets in Dexter for yrs. Got our 1st bad pizza and reviewed as a 2 star, within days received a call from manager Joe. Joe and I discussed the bad pizza, he apologized and was very nice. He took care of what happened and we will be using Dexter Jet again.
