The people who work here are great! Drinks are made correctly and quickly. The only downside is that the way they ring in drinks causes them to be more expensive. For example, instead of ringing in an iced vanilla latte, they will ring in an iced latte and add a pump of vanilla (and they usually don’t include the correct number of pumps this way). I have included a sample mobile order vs a receipt for the same thing based on what I’ve ordered. Probably just need retraining,...
Only one of the baristas there will not top your drink off if you order light ice. Not sure why she (in particular) is stingy when it comes to an extra .5 ounce of milk :/ never had this issue with any other store. They should honor the amount of ounces you pay for.
They made my order wrong, but they were kind enough to give me both the "oops" one and the one I wanted. I gave the former to my husband who loved it. Friendly staff and prompt service.
