There was a white substance floating in the water. Moderate quality sushi, the rolls are rather small and the dumplings and such seem to be from frozen. The server struggled with our order of 4 things. Overall just disappointing. The service was quick seeing how we were the only ppl there.

It pains me to give them 2 stars because we use to love coming here and came weekly but I have witnessed the owner be incredibly rude to his workers on more then one occasion.

We have come here a lot and yesterday was the worst service we’ve ever had. We brought another family with us (6 of us total) and the waitress could not keep our order straight. She came back to the table at least 6 times and still got it wrong. It took 2.5 hours to get out of there. Drinks were delivered to us after the soups and we continually had to remind our waitress for things we had already asked for. The owners could clearly see she was having issues and did nothing. At the end checks came out wrong. We just paid them the way they were because at that point we just wanted to be out of there. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

I’m not kidding when I say this: the food is all prepackaged and microwaved. We ordered the dumpling ramen and teriyaki chicken. The chicken was soggy and rubbery, the rice was crunchy, and the ramen was literally instant ramen (which was NOT what the advertised picture was). We ended up speaking to the manager, and he admitted that all the food is prepackaged, precooked, and microwaved. Not to mention, he was coughing over food and I heard someone sneeze in the kitchen. The prices are ridiculous, considering everything is microwaved. $16.99 for a microwaved meal is unbelievable. All is frozen, not fresh, as advertised. Spare yourself and do not even consider going here. Props to the waitress for being patient and kind. There’s a reason that nobody else was there.
