Updating my review from 2 starts to 5 stars. The owner called me and was super great. He offered to refund our order. I feel bad that he felt he had to appologize for someone else's uncontrolled behavior, but he did. As an owner, I understand his position. Review update. Been ordering pizza from Jets in Dexter for yrs. Got our 1st bad pizza and reviewed as a 2 star, within days received a call from manager Joe. Joe and I discussed the bad pizza, he apologized and was very nice. He took care of what happened and we will be using Dexter Jet again.
